Don’t get me wrong, I’m all about setting New Year’s goals and whatnot, but tomorrow starts today.
You can’t sit around waiting for the life you want to start tomorrow. Don’t use the future to escape the present.
I’m just going to pull off this band-aid, let it hurt, and then enjoy the relief that time and new opportunity bring. What band-aid? Oh you know, everything. That’s not vague at all. Ben used to get so upset with me for being vague before he left. I bet he’d chastise me now if he could read this.
Did’ja know that I love the Lord? That I absolutely love the True Church and the gift of the atonement in my life? How blessed I feel for all the experiences that come with the ability to exercise my agency? No?
Well don’t worry because my New Year’s Resolution is to open myself up to sharing my testimony that all these things are TRUE. Agency is the force, and like Luke Skywalker I’m going to use mine for good.
